Bench Scientist – (ELISA, GLP)

We are hiring a Bench Scientist to support laboratory-based research and development activities within a biotech/pharma environment.This role is ideal for hands-on scientists who enjoy executing experiments, analyzing data, and working closely with cross-functional teams to support product development and scientific investigations.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute laboratory experiments to support R&D and technical investigationsPerform sample preparation and analysis using analytical techniquesConduct assays including ELISA and related bioanalytical methodsDocument experimental procedures and results in compliance with GLP standardsAnalyze data, troubleshoot experiments, and support method optimizationCollaborate with scientists and project teams to drive resultsBasic QualificationsMaster's degree preferred (No PhD candidates) in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field2–4 years of hands-on laboratory experienceStrong experience with ELISA and analytical lab techniquesExperience working in GLP or regulated environmentsStrong documentation and data interpretation skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in biotech/pharma R&D or analytical labsFamiliarity with method development and troubleshootingStrong teamwork and communication skills
