This is a high-impact role for someone who can build pipeline, engage decision-makers, and close deals in a consultative selling environment.You will work closely with leadership to define and execute the sales strategy while driving revenue across small, medium, and large enterprises.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive end-to-end sales for SaaS-based enterprise solutionsIdentify, prospect, and generate new business opportunitiesBuild and manage relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, EHS leaders, compliance heads, IT leaders)Understand customer challenges and position solutions effectivelyConduct product demos and lead solution discussionsManage the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closureDevelop and execute go-to-market strategiesMaintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed targetsCollaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with market needsRepresent the company at industry events and networking forumsRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or enterprise solutionsProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong experience in consultative / solution-based sellingExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and drive outcomes in a growing environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience selling into manufacturing, industrial, or compliance-driven sectorsExposure to environmental, sustainability, or regulatory domainsExperience with subscription-based or cloud solutionsExisting network within target industries is a plus
