Health, dental, and vision coverage from day oneRelocation assistance providedThe most valuable thing you can offer a student who achieved 99% is to hold them to 100%. If that statement unsettles you, this role is not for you. If it resonates, continue reading.Students at Alpha do not attend traditional lectures. They advance through adaptive applications, complete content at double the speed of conventional classrooms, and develop practical life competencies in parallel. Your responsibility is to ensure three commitments are fulfilled for every student in your cohort: they enjoy school, they progress at 2x velocity, and they acquire skills that extend beyond textbooks. You will also develop the Guides who deliver these same outcomes throughout your campus.Your day begins with data. You review analytics to identify which students are progressing and which require additional support. By mid-morning you are facilitating a live workshop, guiding K-8 students through public speaking exercises or concentration drills using Alpha's structured methodology. Post-lunch, you observe a Guide's session and follow up with three concrete actions to refine their execution. On certain days you serve as the energy source during motivation assemblies, converting leaderboard rankings into momentum. You maintain direct involvement with your own student cohort while simultaneously developing Guides to your caliber—and as their capacity grows, your influence extends from a single cohort to an entire campus. You will witness reserved children present with confidence to adults. You will observe a student who previously "despised school" request to remain after hours. And you will understand that the standard you maintained is precisely what enabled their transformation—because upholding high expectations is how you demonstrate belief in someone's capability to meet them.If you have exceeded benchmarks, transformed struggling performers into exceptional ones, and are prepared to do the same for students: submit your application now. What You Will Be DoingFacilitating one-hour live workshops for K-8 students focused on life competencies including public speaking, concentration, and feedback exchange, using Alpha's structured playbookDeveloping Guides through observation cycles, precise feedback delivery, and direct coaching so they execute workshops with equivalent energy and accuracyConducting daily motivational sessions designed to ensure 100% of students reach weekly learning objectives, utilizing age-appropriate incentives such as campus currency and performance leaderboardsAnalyzing Coachbot data and student records to pinpoint individuals requiring intervention, then providing direct supportDirectly mentoring a small cohort of your own students, demonstrating the coaching and motivational techniques you require from all GuidesWhat You Won’t Be DoingDeveloping lesson plans or designing curricula. Students engage with adaptive applications; your focus is elevating the people who support them.Delivering traditional lectures. You are 80% motivator, 20% content expert; if standing at a whiteboard appeals to you, this is not the position.Accepting work that falls short of the standard. 100% mastery is non-negotiable, and lowering that threshold does not serve students.Managing administrative tasks from a desk.
