Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.Full Stack Developer — Next.js + AI Product ExperienceContract PositionLocation: Raleigh, NCRole Summary:Deliver end-to-end GMIND product features from UI to API integration, with emphasis on modern Next.js/React patterns and high-quality streaming AI UX.ResponsibilitiesBuild UI in Next.js 15 (App Router, RSC, server actions) and React 19.Implement AI experiences using Vercel AI SDK (streaming chat/completions, Data Stream protocol integration).Build scalable UI systems with TailwindCSS 4 (CVA, tailwind-merge) and maintain component docs in Storybook.Implement client/server state patterns (Zustand, TanStack Query) and data-heavy UI using AG Grid.Integrate authentication/session management (JWT via jose) and secure API consumption patterns.Implement document experiences (PDFTron WebViewer, OnlyOffice React editor) and S3 presigned URL flows (AWS SDK v3).Add analytics/feature flags via PostHog.Own quality: Playwright E2E + Vitest unit/component tests; CI-friendly test discipline.Required skillsTypeScript, React, Next.js (App Router/RSC), TailwindStreaming UI patterns (SSE preferred) and API integrationPlaywright + unit/component testing best practicesNice to haveWorking knowledge of Python/FastAPI services and basic Docker/K8s awareness
