Program Manager V

Overview In this role you will lead end-to-end delivery of complex rail signaling and systems integration programs in North America. You operate within a matrix organization, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners to meet contractual, regulatory, and safety requirements. You drive on-time delivery, budget adherence, and program health while aligning with the company’s safety and governance standards. You will shape multi-system solutions and collaborate with customers to deliver high-impact rail infrastructure. Compensation / Benefitsrelocation assistance (eligible)annual bonus (eligible)health, welfare, and retirement benefitscompetitive salary range ($91,100–$129,800) ResponsibilitiesLead full program lifecycle from bid support to closeout, ensuring on-schedule delivery and budget adherenceOversee delivery of integrated signaling and multi-system architectures (CBTC/ATC/PTC, wayside/onboard, communications, SCADA/OCC)Drive commercial and contract management including scope, change orders, and cost/revenue performanceManage risk and opportunities with mitigation plans and proactive escalation with clear actionsCoordinate Stakeholders: customers, primes, subcontractors and suppliers in a matrix organizationLead governance and reporting: monthly/quarterly reviews, risk reviews, executive status reportsGuide cross-functional teams (Engineering, Project Controls, Procurement, Finance, Field Ops) toward program objectivesCapture and apply lessons learned to improve project delivery processesSupport development of program management best practices and talent developmentRelocation assistance may be provided if eligible Key requirementsBachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, or related field5-7 years’ experience in Project/Program Management5+ years managing multi-year, complex regulated programsStakeholder managementCross-functional leadershipEffective communicationRail signaling systems (CBTC, ATC, PTC)Systems integration leadership across signaling, communications, SCADA, and power interfacesInterface definition and control (ICDs)
