Director of Manufacturing

Responsibilities: Coordinate and direct production activities across Tool & Press, Assembly, and Paint operations to support overall business objectives and cultivate a team-oriented culture Oversee the training and development of supervisors by establishing goals, monitoring performance, and driving accountability Propose and support capital equipment purchases aligned with the corporate business plan Utilize forecast data to establish and monitor production and capacity planning, making adjustments based on operational demands Monitor inventory levels against the business plan and assist in establishing inventory policies Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment Required Experience: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent required 8+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment Experience across multiple production areas Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to coordinate manufacturing equipment purchases and identify opportunities to eliminate waste Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and within a team environment Experience with Surface Mount Technology and Ultrasonic Welding is a plus Experience in the safety lighting industry is a plus Benefits: 401(K) Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid Time Off Retirement plan Employee assistance program Flexible spending account Life insurance Paid training Referral program Salary: $160K-$180K Ask for: Brenna Job Id: 26067 Ajulia Executive Search is a New Jersey based Executive Search Firm specializing in retained searches in multiple sectors, including Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Legal, and Pharmaceutical.
