This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing, maintaining data integrity within systems, and supporting cross-functional teams through analysis and responsive service.Please note additional position details below:* This is temporary position that is anticipated to last for 4 months. The may be an opportunity to be converted into a Gallagher employee upon successful completion of the assignment.* This is a fully onsite role based out of our Fairlawn, OH office.How you'll make an impactBilling & Invoicing SupportAssist in the preparation, validation, and distribution of monthly client invoicesSupport the collection and entry of client and contract data into the billing system to ensure timely and accurate invoicingHelp maintain data integrity within ERP and billing platformsCross-Functional Support* Respond to invoicing-related inquiries from Sales and Operations teams in a timely and professional manner* Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and improve billing accuracyProcess Improvement* Assist in evaluating current invoicing workflows to identify inefficiencies* Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing speed, accuracy, and scalabilityAd Hoc ProjectsSupport sales commission tracking and reporting activitiesAssist with system transitions, including migration to new time management platformsParticipate in other operational or financial projects as neededAbout YouFoundational knowledge of Accounting or Accounts Payable (invoicing preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas such as SUMIF, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and CONCATENATEStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with ERP or billing systems preferredBasic project coordination or project management exposure is a plus#LI-MS2Compensation and benefitsWe offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
