Responsibilities Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing malfunctions to minimize downtime. Perform regular inspections to proactively identify and address potential issues, enhancing safety and functionality. Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and repairs for accurate tracking and compliance. Respond swiftly to maintenance requests and emergencies, ensuring minimal disruption. Collaborate with team members to refine maintenance processes, boosting overall efficiency. Uphold strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations, fostering a secure working environment. Qualifications Required Skills Minimum of one (1) year of documented mechanical work experience within the last two (2) years. Must be 18 years or older. Must present valid Identification. Proficiency in using basic hand tools. Ability to read and comprehend assignments. Willingness and ability to lift 50 pounds, climb stairs and ladders, stand for extended periods, and work in varying temperatures and weather conditions. Preferred Skills Basic mechanical or maintenance knowledge in welding, hydraulics, basic electricity, power transmission, pneumatics & plumbing. Experience with Mechanical Troubleshooting. Experience with Motor Replacement/Repair/Maintenance. Experience with Hydraulics. Experience with Electrical Troubleshooting and Repair. Experience with Pneumatics Troubleshooting. Familiarity with Blueprint Reading.
