We are a team of passionate scientists, engineers, and medical professionals committed to transforming the future of healthcare. **Position Overview:** We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hardware Engineer with expertise in robotics and/or mechatronics to join our growing team. As a Hardware Engineer you will play a key role in developing and maintaining cutting-edge hardware solutions for our cell and tissue therapy products. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, scientists, and researchers to design, prototype, and optimize hardware systems that support our regenerative medicine initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** Design, develop, and test hardware components and systems for automation of cell and tissue therapy applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware solutions with software and biological systems. Create detailed technical documentation, including schematics, design specifications, and test protocols. Conduct feasibility studies and prototype development to evaluate new concepts and technologies. Perform hands-on troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization of hardware systems. Stay updated with the latest advancements in robotics, mechatronics, and related fields to ensure our technologies remain at the cutting edge. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all hardware development activities. Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and team members. **Qualifications:** Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related field. Proven experience in designing and developing hardware systems, preferably in the biotechnology or medical device industry. Strong knowledge of robotics, mechatronics, and electromechanical systems. Create schematics and layouts for PCBs using Altium. Programming C++/Arduino and Python. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Fusion360) and simulation tools. Hands-on experience with prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting hardware components. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously. **Preferred Skills:** Experience with automation and control systems. Knowledge of biomedical engineering principles and applications. Familiarity with regulatory requirements for medical devices and biotechnologies.
