Through your leadership and HW/SW expertise, you will lead engineers in developing test methodologies and processes that have long-lasting impact. As a System Test Engineering Manager, you will work on the challenging areas of test, test automation, and delivering high-quality products to customers. Required Qualification6+ years of experience with post silicon validation experience in Board or System products.2+ years of management experience or leading technical teams and projectsBS Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experienceFamiliarity with manufacturing, chip to system.Python programming and bash scripting experience.Excellent communication and people skillsNeed these skillset alsoExperience with Datacenter servers, AI systems, GPU-based platforms, networking, storage, or rack-scale systems.Background in automated diagnostics, test content generation, or manufacturing data analytics.Experience bringing complex hardware products from development into high-volume production.Familiarity with Linux-based systems, firmware, BMC, networking, PCIe, NVLink, or thermal/power validation.Proven ability to build teams, define processes, and drive execution across multiple product programs.
