The Intake Attorney will be responsible for being the first contact with the law firm, to explain our services and how to best assist potential clients. They will be providing general legal advice and guidance, conducting legal research, evaluating potential clients and cases, and assisting in the initial intake process for new clients. Additional responsibilities include identifying and assessing clients' legal needs, drafting preliminary legal documents, and working closely with the legal team to ensure proper case handling and progression. QualificationsProficiency in Law, with a specialization or experience in family, criminal, business, real estate, probate, or others. Strong skills in providing Legal Advice and conducting thorough Legal ResearchDemonstrated expertise in Negotiation and client communicationStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolLicensed and in good standing with the State Bar of TexasExperience in client intake or initial case assessment is a plus
