Medical Assistant (Bilingual Spanish Required)We are currently seeking a highly motivated bilingual Medical Assistant to assist our medical providers. This role will report to our Medical Office Manager/Site Administrator and enable us to continue to scale in the healthcare industry.Our Values:Put Patients FirstEmpower Entrepreneurial Provider and Care TeamsOperate with Integrity & ExcellenceBe InnovativeWork As One TeamWhat You'll DoAssists physicians, nurses, and other medical staff by performing administrative and clinical duties under the direction of a physicianAdministrative duties may include scheduling appointments, maintaining medical recordsClinical duties may include, such as preparing a treatment room for patient exams, recording patient medical history, and cleaning and sterilizing medical equipmentEscort patients to exam rooms, interview patients, measure vital signs, including weight, blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and document all information in the patient's chartInterviews patients to obtain their medical historyRecords patient medical history, vital statistics, and test results in patient medical filesMust be detail oriented and possess strong organizational skills in a fast-pace environmentGood verbal and written communication skillsBe able to prioritize workload while remaining flexibleMay be required to work overtime to meet tight deadlinesQualificationsBilingual in SpanishOne (1) or more years of experience working as a Medical AssistantActive and unrestricted Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) in CaliforniaHigh school diploma or GEDYou're great for this role if:Ability to maintain confidentiality following HIPAADemonstration of mature judgmentAttention to detail, organized, ethical, and reliableAbility to communicate clearly and effectively in a courteous and friendly mannerEnvironmental Job Requirements and Working ConditionsOur organization follows an in-person work structure where the expectation is to work onsite on a daily basis. The office location is 1321 S. Rainbow Blvd., Ste 101, Las Vegas, NV 89146.The total compensation target pay range for this role is $17 - $25 per hour. The salary range represents our national target range for this role.
