Working on site at the facility is required.Your Primary Responsibilities Will BeOrganize, manage, and plan complex engineering projects supporting R&D and product implementation.Lead cross-functional, interdepartmental teams to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to specification through the entire product development lifecycleDevelop and maintain project plans (schedule, budget, risk, communication) and report progress using defined metrics in an IMS utilizing MS Project.Manage requirements, scope, and change control.Coordinate with manufacturing engineering, procurement, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.Require deep technical literacy but not hands-on designAnd you will haveB.S./B.A. in Engineering or related field. 7+ years aerospace industry experience; 5+ years project/program management. Experience managing complex electromechanical projects through the entire product development lifecycle.Earned value management and project planning expertise. Experience leading proposals and pricing responses to RFIs and RFQs.Nice To HavePMP certification. Lean/continuous improvement experience. DO-254, DO-178, TSO, PMA familiarity.
