You’ll help accelerate client outcomes through our AI Accelerator and play a hands-on role in the evolution of tools like TestPilot AI, which uses natural language and generative intelligence to automate mobile and web testing.You’ll also have the opportunity to take part in client-facing AI workshops, where we explore real-world applications of generative AI and collaborative innovation. If you’re excited by the power of applied AI, this is your platform to lead.What You’ll Do:As a Principal Software Engineer at InRhythm, you willArchitect and deliver high-performance, scalable, and accessible web applications using Angular and TypescriptBuild responsive user interfaces optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile using modern Angular architecture and enterprise design systemsImplement PWA (Progressive Web App) principles to ensure fast load times, offline capability, and seamless experiencesAdhere to WCAG 2.1 and ADA accessibility standards to ensure inclusive, user-friendly interfacesIntegrate real-time features such as dashboards and notifications, enabling dynamic and intuitive user interactionsDefine and break down epics and features into actionable stories while maintaining a strong view of overall system architectureGuide the implementation of Domain Driven Design, Microservices, and Event Sourcing within frontend/backend integrationsLead architectural reviews, design decisions, and promote best practices across engineering squadsCollaborate in agile, cross-functional squads with product managers, designers, QA, and DevOpsLead within the Web Engineering Practice by mentoring engineers, conducting interviews, leading tech talks, and advocating for innovation and qualitYou’ll build with purpose, lead with intention, and ship code that drives real change at scale.RequirementsYou’ll bring8+ years of enterprise experience using Angular, Typescript, JavaScript, Node.js, REST APIs, Cypress, HTML, CSS, Webpack, SASS, Git, and CI/CD pipelinesProven experience upgrading enterprise applications to Angular 16+ and implementing design systemsDeep understanding of performance optimization techniques and frontend architecture principlesHands-on experience implementing WCAG 2.1 and ADA-compliant solutionsExperience with PWA features like service workers, offline caching, and app manifest integrationExperience working in agile, cross-functional teamsA consulting mindset: proactive, strategic, and confident in front of clientsA growth mindset: you mentor others and stay hungry to learnStrong communication and leadership skillsWhy You’ll Thrive at InRhythmWe’re a community of builders who believe in doing our best work—and helping others do the same.For example, we recently published our Angular Playbook—a living blueprint for building composable, high-performance, enterprise-grade frontends.
