This role is critical to ensuring customers receive their orders quickly and with the highest level of care. You will be hands-on with the core processes that keep our business running, from packing orders to managing inventory, while working directly alongside the founders. This is a unique opportunity to gain practical, real-world experience in e-commerce operations within a fast-growing startup environment.About UsIkigai Cases is a family-owned e-commerce business selling premium metal pill cases. Founded in December 2021 by two brothers in Washington, DC, we have grown rapidly while staying true to our mission: create exceptional pill cases and deliver outstanding customer service. We have achieved multi–seven figure annual sales, fulfilled over 40,000 orders, and are now shipping thousands of pill cases each month.
