Role Description The Resort Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Omni Mount Washington Resort to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction and operational excellence. Primary responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring top-tier customer service, handling property management duties, and maintaining budgetary goals. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bretton Woods, NH. Qualifications Strong expertise in Customer Service and a proven ability to prioritize Customer SatisfactionStrong Food and Becerage experience Experience in Property Management operations and processesSkills in Budgeting, including the ability to analyze financial reports and manage operational costsDemonstrated ability in Hiring and staff management, with a focus on team developmentExcellent organizational and leadership skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skillsPrior experience in hospitality or resort management preferredBachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
