Rigging Foreman

Job Description:Coordinate and supervise rigging crew during the installation and removal of equipment on construction and/or industrial sitesWork hands-on with forklifts, cranes, machinery moving skates, jacks, and rigging gearRead and follow lift plans, drawings, and site layoutsOversee the planning and execution of rigging tasks, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budgetProvide training and guidance to crew members on proper rigging techniques and proceduresInspect and maintain rigging equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition and compliant with safety standardsQualifications:3-5 years' experience in related work. Knowledge of heavy lift equipment and/or plant operations is a plusExperience in a supervisory role in a related construction fieldGood leadership and communication skillsAbility to maintain written documentation of daily activitiesFlexible schedule, able to travel as necessary and work overtimePass drug screen, clean backgroundMust possess Class A CDLNCCCO preferredPURPOSE – Barnhart is built on a strong foundation of serving others.
