Senior Trial Paralegal

Job Description Senior Trial Paralegal - Costa Mesa, CAWe are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support our legal team in all phases of civil litigation, including personal injury matters. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of litigation and trial experience, excellent research and communication skills, and a strong understanding of legal procedures in both state and federal courts.Key Responsibilities:Support attorneys through all stages of litigation: case preparation, discovery, trial, and post-trial activitiesOrganize and manage complex litigation files and case databasesDraft, revise, and file pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documentsConduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney reviewCoordinate and communicate with clients, witnesses, experts, and other partiesPrepare and file legal documents with courts and relevant agenciesConduct investigations and gather evidence to support litigation casesManage e-discovery and document production using litigation support softwarePrepare deposition summaries, exhibits, witness lists, and trial bindersTrack litigation deadlines and ensure compliance with court rulesLiaise with court personnel, opposing counsel, and expert witnessesAssist in trial preparation and coordinate trial logisticsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved programMinimum 5 years of experience in civil litigation; personal injury experience is a plusProficiency in legal research tools, electronic discovery platforms, and litigation softwareIn-depth knowledge of state and federal court rules and filing proceduresStrong legal writing, analytical, and organizational skillsPay/Benefits: Opportunities for growth and advancement$80K-$130K DOEFirm-paid Dental and Vision InsuranceFirm-paid Life InsuranceMedical InsuranceFree Parking401kPTO
