Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus availableOpportunity:/nRadiation Therapist - Radiation Therapist/n/nJob Details:/n• Work 5x8 hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM/n• No on-call requirements/n• No weekend requirements/n• No floating between service lines or sister facilities/n• First-time travelers accepted with 0 years minimum experience required/n• Required certifications: ARRT(T) Radiation Therapist and BLS/n• South Carolina state license through SCRQSA required/n• Radiation badge MUST be provided by agency - facility does not provide to travelers/n• Open to accommodating block schedules/n• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks (guaranteed hours policy)/n• Patient ratio of 6 patients during day shifts/n• Daily census of 40 patients with 45 visits per day/n• Work with adult and geriatric patients only/n• Treat all cancer types and treatments excluding pediatrics/n• Perform IMRT/VMAT, SBRT, and 3D procedures/n• Experience with External Beam Therapy, IMRT, Varis-Vision/ARIA, Siemens, and TrueBeam preferred/n• Blue scrubs preferred but any color accepted/n• Charting system: Aria/n• Free on-site parking provided/n• Must complete non-billable modules averaging 4 hours pre-start/n• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)/n/nFacility:/nThis healthcare organization operates a comprehensive radiation therapy center as part of a Level I Trauma Center and Magnet-designated teaching facility.
