We are committed to blending unique flavors with versatility, creating premium beverages for every occasion.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for an Area Sales Manager. Premium Blend is creating 4 new positions to cover Florida. Each Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales within an assigned territory, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, identifying and closing new business opportunities. Key tasks include planning and executing sales strategies, delivering product presentations, negotiating sales contracts, and tracking performance metrics. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business growth strategies and implementing sales initiatives to meet revenue goals.QualificationsStrong sales, negotiation, and business development skills, with a track record of achieving sales targetsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build and maintain client relationshipsAbility work independently and in conjunction with distributor partnersDeveloping and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and key on-premise/off-premise accountsAbility to take cold call and convert prospect to customer as part of KPI standards Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and creating strategic sales plansExperience in beverage or alcohol sales and familiarity with Beer and Wine license regulations is a plusSelf-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environmentBachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferredWillingness to travel within the assigned territory as neededBi Lingual English - Spanish preferred
