Why join us? $30-$40 an hour Excellent Benefits Room for Growth Job Details Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical systems, including motors, drives, control panels, and power distribution Diagnose and repair PLC-controlled equipment, sensors, relays, contactors, and HMIs Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical systems and production equipment Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams Install and modify electrical components, conduit, and control wiring Identify root causes of electrical failures and recommend corrective actions Support equipment upgrades, startups, and continuous improvement initiatives Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation Follow all OSHA, safety, and lockout/tagout procedures Qualifications 3+ years of experience as an Electrical Maintenance Mechanic in a manufacturing or industrial setting Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical systems (AC/DC, motors, VFDs, PLCs) Ability to read electrical prints and schematics Knowledge of industrial safety standards and electrical codes Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or on-call as needed Interested in hearing more?
