Job DetailsDescriptionHourly Rate: $20.62Description/Job SummarySupport sales operations by resolving quote and order issues, managing new account inquiries, and ensuring efficient processes while partnering internal teams to support customer service initiatives and drive continuous process improvementResponsibilities/DutiesCollaborate with internal teams to resolve quote, order, and fulfillment issues and implement effective solutionsWork independently on assigned projects and initiativesProvide backup support for the Customer Solutions CoordinatorManage new account inquiries for capital products and parts accountsTrack marketing asset inventory, obtain vendor quotes, and process internal orders using Oracle iProcurementReview, analyze, and report on Voice of Customer (VOC) feedbackMaintain data feed spreadsheets for new product launches, discontinuations, and product updatesProcess demo product orders in support of new product launchesSupport order and quote testing for product launches, discontinuations, and system enhancementsMaintain and update dealer locator information for Pride, BAJA Mobility, and Rascal by Mega MotionProcess invoices for extended warranties and protection plans for Pride and Baja Mobility productsReview submissions and initiate IT support tickets through resolutionProvide backup support to the Sales Process & Support Manager to ensure successful product launchesSupport and implement monthly MAP updates within the PQ365 applicationTrain and support team members on ordering and quoting processes within company systemsEnsure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to managementComplete the annual CTPAT Security TrainingFocus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgmentWork effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectationsAssist with organization and cleaning of work area, keeping aisles and walkways clear at all timesPride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessaryRequired SkillsMust be a team player, friendly, detail-oriented, and honestMust Have The Ability ToMulti-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environmentMust HaveRelentless drive to achieve advancement and continuous improvementA willingness to learn and/or adapt to new work methodsBasic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and ExcelExcellent web navigation skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPreferred SkillsAdvanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel preferredRequired ExperienceAt least 2 years in sales operations, customer support, order processing or a related role supporting cross-functional business operationsPreferred ExperienceAt least 4 years in sales operations, customer support, order processing or a related role supporting cross-functional business operations preferredCurrent or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferredRequired EducationHigh School Diploma or GEDRequired QualificationsMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the futureDETAILSThis job description is not intended to be all-inclusiveIn exceptional circumstances, some of the physical requirementsof this position may be modified or eliminated as a reasonable accommodation for a person with a disability as defined by the Americans with Disabilities ActPride Mobility Products®/Quantum Rehab® is an Equal Opportunity employer.
