Estimator

Responsibilities: ·        The Senior Project Estimator is responsible for providing accurate pricing and scopes-of-work for metal building projects in the bid and planning phase. Projects typically include architectural plans and specifications or can be design-build based on the customer’s specific project needs.·        The Senior Project Estimator will work with an Area District Manager or have direct interaction with the customer.  Job Requirements: ·        Must have excellent organizational skills and be able to manage multiple projects at once·        Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills·        Must have the ability to understand and relate to technical specifications and details and have experience with reading and understanding architectural plans and specifications·        Must be efficient with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, Word), Adobe PDF; AutoCAD experience is not needed but the successful candidate must be able to learn and use CAD as part of the job requirements·        MBS or other metal building design software experience required- related construction design software experience will be taken into consideration Compensation and Benefits·        Salary based on experience·        Incentive program·        Insurance and retirement plan per ACI’s benefit package·        Paid vacation and holidays per ACI’s benefit package
