Commercial Sales ProfessionalGladiator Restoration and Classic Carpet Dyers are seeking a highly motivated, polished, and relationship-driven Commercial Sales Professional to represent both companies throughout the Tampa Bay region. This individual will serve as the face of our brands in the field—building strong relationships, generating new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer engagement with integrity and professionalism.We are looking for a seasoned sales professional who is confident, articulate, self-motivated, and comfortable developing relationships with property managers, facility directors, business owners, contractors, and commercial/government decision-makers on a daily basis.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in face-to-face relationship building, enjoys creating long-term partnerships, and takes pride in representing companies with excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with commercial property managers, facility managers, business owners, and industry professionalsConduct regular in-person visits to commercial properties and businesses to introduce and promote company servicesGenerate new business opportunities for restoration, AC, flooring, and related servicesBuild and maintain a consistent sales pipeline through networking, referrals, prospecting, and relationship developmentRepresent Gladiator Restoration and Classic Carpet Dyers with professionalism, confidence, and high standardsAttend networking events, association meetings, and industry functions as a company representativeCollaborate with leadership and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project executionMaintain accurate records of sales activity, leads, follow-ups, and client communicationsContinuously identify opportunities for company growth and market expansionQualificationsProven experience in commercial sales, business development, or relationship management Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsHighly professional appearance and demeanorSelf-starter with strong organizational and time-management abilitiesComfortable working independently in the field and managing a sales territoryAbility to confidently engage with executive-level decision-makersExperience in restoration, facilities, flooring, construction, or service-based industries is preferred but not requiredValid driver’s license and reliable transportation requiredCompensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 annuallyCompetitive commission/bonus structure with significant earning potentialFull benefits packagePaid time off and holidaysOpportunities for professional growth and advancement Supportive leadership team and strong company cultureWhat We’re Looking ForWe are seeking someone who embodies professionalism, confidence, consistency, and relationship-driven sales excellence.
