Civil Site Design Engineer

Oxford Solutions is working with an engineering consulting client seeking a Mid-Level Civil Engineer to join their team in Doylestown, PA. This direct hire opportunity offers a hybrid schedule with in-office work Tuesday through Thursday. The role is ideal for a civil engineer who enjoys hands-on design work and is interested in gradually taking on more project management and mentoring responsibilities.This position focuses heavily on civil site design while providing opportunities to grow into client interaction, project ownership, and team leadership.ResponsibilitiesDesign and engineer civil site development projects, including grading and site layoutPrepare stormwater management systems and erosion and sediment control plansProduce engineering plans and technical documents for site development projectsManage project tasks and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project deliveryParticipate in client communication and support project coordination effortsDelegate and review work completed by junior engineers and designersProvide guidance and technical support to less experienced team membersAssist with project planning, scheduling, and overall project executionQualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fieldEIT certification requiredPE license preferred or candidates working toward licensureMinimum of 5 years of civil engineering experienceStrong background in civil site design including grading, stormwater management, and erosion and sediment controlExperience preparing and reviewing engineering drawings and technical plansAbility to manage design tasks and take ownership of project workInterest in mentoring junior engineers and contributing to team developmentStrong communication and organizational skillsCivil Site Design Engineer (Land Development) - 26-00180
