Job Details Litigation Partner (Lateral) – 10+ years of experience required Compensation: $250,000 – $300,000 base, commensurate with experience and portable business Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Litigation Partner with 10+ years of sophisticated litigation experience to join our growing practice. This is a strategic lateral opportunity for an attorney who wants to play a meaningful role in the future of the firm. As part of our long-term succession planning, several senior partners are approaching retirement, creating an exceptional opportunity for an accomplished litigator to step into a leadership role, expand their practice, and help shape the next generation of the firm. The ideal candidate will bring strong litigation experience, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage complex matters from strategy through trial. A portable book of business is preferred but not required for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage complex litigation matters from inception through resolution or trial Serve as lead counsel in court appearances, depositions, mediations, and trials Develop litigation strategies and oversee case management Build and maintain strong client relationships while expanding the firm's client base Mentor and supervise associates and junior attorneys Collaborate with firm leadership on practice growth and strategic initiatives Ideal Experience Extensive experience in business litigation Experience handling probate or trust litigation matters Trial experience and demonstrated ability to manage complex disputes Portable book of business or demonstrated ability to develop client relationships Desirable but Not Required Experience in labor and employment litigation Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active membership and good standing with the applicable state bar 10+ years of litigation experience at a law firm or similar environment Strong courtroom presence, strategic thinking, and case management skills Proven ability to manage client relationships and business development initiatives Interested in hearing more?
