Position SummaryThis is a dynamic, dual-role position combining hands-on housekeeping with after-school care and support for a pre-teen. The schedule and workload will vary depending on whether the father has his daughter that week-requiring more childcare support and later hours during those times, and more household-focused responsibilities during off weeks. The ideal candidate is organized, flexible, nurturing, and proactive-someone who can seamlessly shift between managing the home and supporting the daughter's daily routine.
