Software Support Analyst II
Employment Conditions 8 hours per day, Monday-Friday, 260 days per year. The starting pay is set at 90% of the full salary range until proficiency is achieved. At 90%, the salary ranges from $91,915.20 to $103,480. Once proficiency is reached, pay increases to 100% of the salary range, which is $102,128.00 to $114,982.40.Work is performed in an office environment, however, approximately 50 percent of this time may be spent working at the various school district locations. Routine travel is required to visit local school districts as well as for workshops and conferences. Sitting for extended periods of time working at a computer terminal is common. Lifts and carries a maximum of 15 pounds. Adequate manual and finger dexterity, hearing, speech and vision are necessary to perform the essential functions of this position. This position is telecommute-eligible per Policy 5225.Hazards: Potential hazards are present based on the fact that the position requires the incumbent to travel a significant amount.
