Texas Licensed Behavioral Health Manager

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Program Manager. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of Care Extenders to implement programs and support members in achieving health goals Monitor and evaluate member progress, create service plans, and ensure appropriate care plans are in place Conduct training, performance reviews, and coordinate team schedules to meet program needs and Key Performance Indicators Required Qualifications Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) with relevant clinical licenses (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PhD/PsyD) Experience in leading and implementing programs with successful outcomes Strong leadership experience with a focus on team development Preferred experience in Health Coaching or Medical Social Work Master's degree in behavioral health, social work, or health care management from an accredited university
