The Cleaning Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of cleaning staff, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standards, and maintain schedules for cleaning and maintenance efforts. Responsibilities include inspecting cleanliness, identifying areas for improvement, hiring and training team members, and ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols. Additional duties may include managing supply inventory and providing direct communication with property management teams to address needs proactively.
