The CNA works under the supervision of licensed nursing staff and follows established care plans and facility policies.ResponsibilitiesProvide direct resident care in accordance with individualized care plansAssist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobilityMonitor and report changes in residents' condition to the Charge NurseFollow all safety and infection control proceduresMaintain resident dignity, privacy, and confidentialityPromote positive communication with residents, families, and team membersQualificationsActive New York State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification requiredLong-term care or skilled nursing experience preferredStrong communication and teamwork skills
