Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-hospital care. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress. Education & Certification Requirements Active California RN license Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred). Minimum of 1-2 years of ICU experience Strong critical thinking, communication, and multitasking skills.
