Inventory & Logistics Supervisor
ROLE SUMMARY
The Inventory & Logistics Supervisor is a hands-on warehouse leader responsible for executing daily inventory control, receiving, and shipping operations. This role works directly on the floor, ensures process discipline, and serves as the primary link between warehouse associates and management.
This role is accountable for doing the work right, every day.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Inventory Execution
Perform and lead daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts
Investigate inventory variances and support root-cause analysis
Maintain location accuracy, labeling, and lot traceability
Execute inventory transfers, adjustments (as authorized), and reconciliations in the WMS
Ensure real-time transaction accuracy
Inbound (Receiving)
Receive and verify inbound materials against POs
Inspect, document, and properly stage or put away materials
Ensure timely and accurate system entry
Maintain dock organization and receiving flow
Outbound (Shipping & Fulfillment)
Execute picking, packing, staging, and shipping
Verify order accuracy before shipment
Prepare required shipping documentation
Support on-time, error-free outbound flow
Floor Leadership
Lead and direct warehouse associates during shifts
Enforce SOPs, safety rules, and cleanliness standards
Train new hires on warehouse and inventory procedures
Escalate issues, shortages, or risks to the Manager quickly

Cycle counts, reconciliations, and discrepancy resolution
Receiving and shipping workflow accuracy
Training and floor leadership
SOP enforcement and audit readiness

Warehouse or inventory leadership experience
Strong WMS execution skills

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
