Click Apply Now to join the Chamberlain experience.What You Will Be Accountable ForAssist in coordinating project activities, timelines, and deliverables for a phased, multi-store rollout under the direction of a Project or Program ManagerSupport implementation in batches of approximately 30 stores per week across an 18-month timelineServe as a responsive point of contact for store-level questions, ensuring proper documentation of issues as they ariseGather, organize, and maintain project-related data, documentation, and reporting materialsPrepare and distribute internal and external project reports across multiple departmentsTrack project progress using project management tools and ensure updates are communicated effectivelyMaintain centralized project files, documentation repositories, and version control practicesSupport cross-functional collaboration by facilitating communication between stakeholders, store teams, and project leadershipMonitor project milestones and escalate risks or delays to leadership as neededEnsure accuracy and completeness of project documentation and deliverablesWhat Qualifications You Need1–3 years of experience in project management, project coordination, or a related business/operations support roleCustomer service mindset with a demonstrated ability to provide high-quality, high-energy support in a fast-paced environmentExperience working within a matrix or cross-functional environmentLeadership presence within project functions, with the ability to guide stakeholders through structured processesFoundational understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and workflowsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail with strong documentation and reporting capabilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and TeamsExperience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, Jira, SharePoint)Exposure to formal project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) is a plusExperience supporting cross-functional or multi-departmental projectsFamiliarity with reporting dashboards or data tracking toolsIndustry background is flexible; retail, remote retail, or project management experience is a plusWhy Work with Chamberlain?
