Senior Help Desk Analyst with 10 years of exp – Chicago, IL (Hybrid | 2 Days Onsite)We are currently hiring for a Senior Help Desk Analyst with 10 years of exp for our direct client based in Chicago, IL. This is a long-term contract opportunity with a hybrid work model (2 days onsite per week).We are looking for candidates with strong Help Desk and desktop support experience who can provide technical assistance for general system-related queries, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and support end users in a fast-paced environment. The role also requires experience in installing, configuring, and preparing new laptops/desktops for employees, as well as coordinating and shifting systems to new hires during onboarding.Key Responsibilities:• Provide Level 1 & Level 2 Help Desk support• Troubleshoot hardware, software, VPN, email, and system access issues• Install, configure, and deploy laptops/desktops for new employees• Support onboarding/offboarding activities• Handle general IT systems queries and user support requests• Maintain IT assets and documentationLocation: Chicago, IL (Hybrid – 2 Days Onsite)Position Type: Long-Term Contract
