AD, Market Risk Project Manager - GMS

This role sits at the intersection of risk, technology, and regulatory delivery, leading projects across Market Risk, GMS, CCAR, and AI teams. This hire will manage projects end-to-end, driving priorities, resolving issues, and ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations. The ideal candidate has strong project management experience within Market Risk and can navigate complex stakeholder environments, translate business and regulatory needs into actionable plans, and execute strategic initiatives across data, infrastructure, and tooling enhancements in a fast-paced, highly regulated setting.Responsibilities:Manage and lead projects end-to-end, including planning, execution, governance, and cross-functional alignmentCollaborate with stakeholders across Market Risk, GMS, CCAR, and AI teams, driving priorities, resolving issues, and ensuring alignment with regulatory expectationsDrive strategic transformation initiatives, including infrastructure, AI implementation, data, and tooling enhancements, translating regulatory and business requirements into clear execution plansQualifications:4+ years' experience in financial services with a strong focus on project/program management within Market RiskSolid understanding of market risk regulatory requirements and stress testing frameworks Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs in a highly regulated environment, partnering across risk, technology, and data teamsStrong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills; experience with data tools (Python, SQL, BI) and risk infrastructure initiatives is a plus
