Full Stack Developer - .NET and JAVA
*Full Stack Developer (.NET or Java), Levels I–IV)*
*About AERTRON*
AERTRON, Inc. is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) specializing in AI assurance and safety analytics for safety-critical aviation systems. We're building a team of full stack developers to support an anticipated large-scale Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) enterprise IT modernization program.
*About the Work*
You'll help modernize and operate FAA mission and administrative applications across a hybrid environment. That environment includes on-premises data centers, AWS and Azure government cloud, virtual machines, and Kubernetes/OpenShift container platforms. The work centers on moving monolithic .NET, Java, and ColdFusion applications to secure, API-first, modular architectures. You'll work with large relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server), integrate with FAA shared services, and contribute to a standardized DevSecOps toolchain (CI/CD, infrastructure as code, security automation, monitoring).
*Two Technical Tracks (apply for one or both)*

* Build responsive user interfaces with HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Blazor, Angular, or React.
_Java track:_
* Build and maintain full stack applications using Java and the Spring ecosystem, including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Spring Data JPA.
* Develop secure REST APIs and microservices with Hibernate and relational databases.
* Build responsive user interfaces with HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Angular or React.

* *Level II (3+ years):* Independently builds features, APIs, and data-access components, and troubleshoots and resolves defects across the stack.
* *Level III (6+ years):* Owns modules end to end, contributes to design decisions, leads integration and performance work, and mentors junior developers.
