Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Team Leader, Manufacturing to join their team. As a Team Leader, Manufacturing, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting the manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety and quality, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Team Leader, ManufacturingLocation: Fremont, CAPay: $30/hr Target RangeWhat's the Job?Lead, coach, and motivate a diverse team of operators to meet daily production goals. Facilitate daily tier meetings and accountability boards, keeping Supervisors and Managers informed on performance, challenges, and team morale. Promote a culture of safety, quality, and accountability, consistently modeling and reinforcing core values. Support the development of operators through training, coaching, and performance feedback in partnership with leadership. Execute manufacturing and testing of complex products in compliance with cGMP, ensuring accurate documentation and addressing nonconformance issues. What's Needed?4-6 years of direct manufacturing experience with at least 2 years in a lead, trainer, or coaching role. Working knowledge of cGMP, Quality System Regulations, and ISO standards, with experience handling nonconformances and CAPAs. Hands-on experience operating and troubleshooting production equipment. Strong communication skills across operators, peers, and management. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
