Job DescriptionCommercial Masonry SuperintendentLocations: Charlotte, NC & Charleston, SCWe are working with a growing and well-respected masonry contractor seeking experienced Commercial Masonry Superintendents to take the lead on large-scale, ground-up projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the field, takes ownership of their jobsite, and can confidently run projects from start to finish.What You'll Be Doing:Take full ownership of commercial masonry projects from mobilization through completionLead crews in the field while driving production, quality, and safetyCoordinate closely with general contractors, subs, and vendors to keep projects movingMaintain and enforce OSHA and company safety standardsTrack job progress, productivity, and budgets to ensure successful deliveryMentor and develop crews while building a strong, accountable team cultureProject Types:High-rise buildingsUniversities and schoolsChurches and large institutional projectsWhat We're Looking For:5+ years of experience supervising commercial masonry projects (10+ years total experience preferred)OSHA 30 certification requiredProven ability to run a jobsite independentlyHands-on leader who isn't afraid to be in the field with the teamCompensation & Benefits:Competitive base salary based on experienceProfit sharing (~6% annually once goals are met)Health insuranceVehicle stipend:Phone stipend:Apply Now - megan.cantone@gogpac.com
