The primary responsibilities include processing invoices, monitoring accounts receivable to ensure accurate billing, managing debt collection activities, maintaining detailed records, and preparing financial reports. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will also communicate with clients to resolve payment discrepancies and provide exceptional service in handling account inquiries to ensure smooth financial operations.QualificationsStrong Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data and resolve discrepanciesKnowledge and experience in Finance and Invoicing processesProficiency in Communication to interact effectively with clients and internal teamsExperience in Debt Collection processes to manage outstanding accounts efficientlyProficiency in accounting software and tools, along with strong organizational skillsAttention to detail and ability to meet deadlines with accuracyFamiliarity with industry-specific accounting practices is a plusBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
