The Assistant Property Manager will support daily operations by managing tenant relationships, coordinating maintenance requests, and handling leasing activities. Responsibilities include assisting with property inspections, maintaining lease records, collecting rent payments, and responding promptly to tenant inquiries. The role also involves collaboration with the property management team to ensure smooth operational workflows and tenant satisfaction.QualificationsStrong Customer Service, Professional Business Communication, and Organizational skillsAbility to handle Maintenance Coordination and respond to tenant requests promptlyCompetence in Administrative Support tasks such as record-keeping and document managementExperience with basic computer skillsKnowledge of local real estate market and/or real estate license is a plusStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
