As Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead the maintenance team in developing strategies to improve production reliability, oversee routine maintenance activities, and ensure all equipment and systems are safe and operating properly. Our Maintenance Supervisor should have maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment; food, beverage, or pharma industry experience is preferred but not required.Looking for a Maintenance leader & team motivator who is skilled at PLCs, automated processes, and preventative maintenance programs.Other responsibilities will include:Supervising the Preventative and Predictive Maintenance programsMaintain all production equipment, machinery, and buildingDocument, budget, and track all maintenance projectsAnalyzing and suggesting improvements for production & building systems equipmentPromotes continuous & process improvements for lean manufacturing.Minimum requirements for this Maintenance Supervisor’s position:At least 4 years of hand-on troubleshooting & repair experience on high-speed manufacturing maintenance in food, beverage, or pharmaMinimum of 2 years of supervisory in manufacturing facility, preferably foodMust have PLC controls and electrical experienceExperience with implementation of Preventative and Predictive Maintenance programsWillingness to work the night shift for the foreseeable future.
