Bottom line: we value folks who can pitch in to do everything from making delicious treats to packaging and shipping our bars of goodness (we actually make more than just chocolate bars, but it sounded good, right?) The best candidates for this position will also: be able to repeatedly lift 55 pounds possess ace communication skills have a willingness to work in a factory setting are excited to learn pride themselves in being self-driven able to be flexible in dynamic work environment What you’ll be doing We will train you to be a critical part of the chocolate making process: from the raw beans to the finished chocolate bar or chip. This job will include but is not limited to roasting cocoa beans; operating production processing equipment; weighing, recording, and monitoring data and packaging products.
