The role includes participation in a shared call schedule with an established team and involvement in a broad range of orthopedic services supported by a large referral network and modern clinical facilities.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS• Board eligible or board certified in Orthopedic Surgery.• Accredited residency training in orthopedic surgery.• Eligibility for medical licensure in Kentucky.COMPETENCIES• Proficiency in evaluating and treating a wide spectrum of musculoskeletal conditions.• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary surgical team.• Commitment to delivering patient centered, evidence based care.• Skill in using modern diagnostic tools and industry standard EMR systems.• Capacity to manage both scheduled and urgent clinical needs.WORK SETTING & ENVIRONMENTWork Environment: Hospital; Inpatient; Outpatient; Clinic/Private Practice• Integrated surgical team with multiple orthopedic surgeons.• Hospital-based practice supported by inpatient and outpatient services.• Access to advanced imaging technology and modern diagnostic tools.• Industry standard EMR utilized across care settings.• Broad referral base from affiliated outpatient clinics.
