Creating medical technology for all.We are seeking a dedicated Laser/Turret Team Member to join our team. In this vital role, you will operate laser/turret equipment in accordance to quality and production standards. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where precision and teamwork matter, we'd love to hear from you!Shift Available: First Shift- 6:00am-2:30pm Monday-FridayKey Responsibilities:Setting up and operating turret/laser equipment to cut metal components to print and MPE quality requirements.Identifying raw materials, loading and unloading materials using manual lifts, overhead cranes, and forklifts.Working and understanding Inspecvision scannerAssemble and disassemble turret tooling correctly and sharpen toolingPerform nozzle alignment and focus lens cleaningPerform laser/punch zero coupon before the start of shiftPerform automated sheet loader setup and operationsSet up and shut down all machinery in the areaPerform Height Calibration and focus lens adjustmentsFully operate and set up EMLK or Apelio correctlyVerify other operators' quality and perform a process verification in ERPFlexing to shakeout (part separation), deburring, hardware insertion or press brake operations based on workload.Responsible for following all MPE safety policies.Responsible for maintaining an organized workplace through good housekeeping efforts.QualificationsEducation:High school diploma or equivalent required.Experience and Training:1-3 years of set up and running laser/turret equipment or CNCsRead and interpret mechanical drawingsKnowledge on the use of measuring tolls such as calipers, pin gauges, and height gaugesQuality checks are requiredPhysical and Mental Demands:Regularly required to use hands tools and power toolsMust be able to read and follow directorsSpecific abilities include close vision, reading, lifting up to 50 pounds.Why Join Us?Mission-Driven Work: Help deliver medical products that change lives.Growth Opportunities: We support career development and internal promotions.Comprehensive Benefits:Medical (HSA-qualified and traditional plans), dental, and visioncoverage starts the first of the month after hire.401(k) with company match.Nine paid holidays and vacation time from day one.If you're detail-oriented, team-driven, and ready to contribute to life-changing medical technology, apply today and grow your career at MPE.
