Compensation: This position offers commission-based earnings. Agents, whether part-time or full-time, have access to the best compensation program, monthly bonuses, and the opportunity to earn equity. Additionally, we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed in your role as an Insurance Agent.
Training: From weekly office training, the learning management system, and our network of providers, our agents have unlimited access to world-class training and tools as part of our platform. Qualifications/Experience:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (or other languages besides English) is a plus but not Required.
A smartphone is (necessary).
The use of the ZOOM video conferencing platform is (Required) in most instances.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is (Required).
Proven experience in insurance sales or related fields is (Preferred).
Strong market knowledge and understanding of insurance products and services is (Preferred).
Experience in retail sales, telemarketing, or sales administration is beneficial but not Required.
Strong entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to build a successful business is (Preferred).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills is (Required).
Ability to work independently or with others and manage time effectively is (Required).
A passion for helping others achieve financial freedom and generational wealth is (Preferred but not Required).

Duties:
Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals.
Develop and maintain a client base through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
Assess the client's insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options based on individual client budgets and other factors.
Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies.
Process policy changes, renewals, and claims in a timely manner.
