What You'll Bring: Minimum Associate's Degree in a technical field or 4+ years of equivalent HVAC industry experience Proven hands-on experience in digital HVAC controls systems design and commissioning Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences with ease Strong independent working skills and a self-motivated mindset Proficiency in computer applications and control theory principles Familiarity with project accounting, costing, and contracting (preferred) Key Responsibilities: Lead control systems projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery Manage project financials, including costs, billings, collections, and change order sales Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle Oversee installation quality, commissioning, documentation, and warranty execution Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to junior team members Develop project plans, secure materials and subcontractor services, and attend progress meetings Uphold the highest safety standards and ensure legal compliance Job Type: Contract Pay: $54.00 - $58.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Schedule: Monday to Friday Application Question(s): This is a contract position.
