We own corporate data, corporate reporting, and ensure data is at the heart of every decision.As our Data & Analytics Manager, you will lead a team of analysts to deliver high-impact analytics solutions while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making. You will balance hands-on analytics work with team development, strategic planning, and stakeholder management, translating business priorities and leadership vision into team objectives while championing our commitment to Impact, Speed, Repeatability, Accuracy, and Reliability.What You’ll DoProvide technical guidance and direction on complex analytics projects, serving as an escalation point for challenging technical problemsEstablish and maintain team standards for data quality, documentation, naming conventions, and analytics best practicesLead efforts to define and industrialize corporate metrics and KPIs, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all reportingOversee data reconciliation processes and ensure all outputs align with sources of truthDrive initiatives to improve data governance, including data cataloging, quality metrics, and stewardship practicesStay current with emerging technologies and methodologies; evaluate and recommend new tools and approaches that could benefit the teamLead or contribute to high-priority, high-visibility analytics initiatives, particularly those requiring advanced technical expertise or of strategic importanceConduct complex data analyses and provide insights that inform strategic business decisionsServe as subject matter expert in data visualization, analytical methodologies, and business intelligence toolsDevelop and execute the team’s strategic roadmap in alignment with organizational priorities and the Data & Analytics team’s mandateDrive initiatives focused on operational excellence, rationalization and automation, and comprehensive documentationDefine and track team success metrics (Impact, Speed, Repeatability, Accuracy, Reliability); monitor, assess, and communicate team performanceIdentify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that enhance team efficiency and output qualityLead, coach, and develop a team of analysts, including performance management and career developmentWhat You’ll Bring 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field, including at least 1 year in a leadership or management roleExpert proficiency in data visualization and business intelligence tools; Tableau Cloud experience required, including Tableau PrepStrong technical foundation in data preparation, ETL/ELT processes, data engineering concepts, modern data stack tools, and cloud data platformsAdvanced understanding of Large Language Models and AI tools, with the ability to guide the team in leveraging these technologies effectivelyExceptional communication and presentation skills; able to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including senior executivesStrong business acumen and strategic thinking; understands how analytics initiatives connect to organizational goalsExcellent project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities and initiatives simultaneouslyExperience establishing team processes, standards, and best practices; committed to operational excellence and documentationStrong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking; comfortable navigating ambiguity and making informed decisions with incomplete informationCollaborative leadership style with the ability to influence across organizational boundaries without direct authorityCommitment to continuous improvement and learning; models a growth mindset and encourages innovationExperience with the Atlassian suite of collaborative software preferredPassion for data quality, accuracy, and ensuring analytics outputs are usable, actionable, and trustworthyAs part of the recruitment process for this position, you will be required to submit your latest citizenship and/or permanent residency information.
