Job Description Job Title: Dietitian - Oncology Telehealth & Program DevelopmentLocation: North Scottsdale, AZ (near East Bell Road and the 101)Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 annually, depending on experience, oncology background, and clinical expertiseEmployment Type: Full Time with Benefits (Medical, Life, Dental, Vision, and 401k)Schedule: On-site Monday through Friday. 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. As we expand our Remote Oncology Telehealth Division, nutrition is a core pillar of our patient care model.We are seeking a full time Dietician to help develop, implement, and grow this program from the ground up.Position OverviewThe Dietitian will serve in a hybrid clinical and operational role within our expanding telehealth division. This position combines virtual care with program development and workflow support.This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in a growth-stage environment and is excited to help shape processes, systems, and patient experience.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical CareConduct virtual nutrition consultations for oncology patientsPerform comprehensive nutritional assessmentsDevelop personalized, oncology-focused nutrition plansProvide ongoing telehealth follow-ups and patient educationDocument care plans and track patient progressCollaborate with providers and care teamsProgram DevelopmentAssist in developing nutrition protocols and educational materialsSupport workflow design and patient onboarding processContribute to building scalable systems within the telehealth divisionAssist with patient inquiries and program communication as neededIdeal CandidatePassionate about oncology and patient-centered careComfortable in a telehealth settingAdaptable and systems-mindedStrong communicator with a warm, professional presenceCompassionate and emotionally intelligentQualificationsDegree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related fieldOncology or complex medical experience preferredTelehealth experience preferredRD/RDN credential preferred but not requiredIntegrative or functional medicine experience is a plus
