This role partners closely with senior leadership to drive data-driven decision-making, improve financial performance, and support long-term growth initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in a manufacturing environment, with deep understanding of cost structures, operations, and supply chain dynamics.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial planningProvide actionable insights and financial analysis to support executive decision-makingPartner with operations, supply chain, and plant leadership to analyze performance and identify cost-saving opportunitiesDevelop and maintain financial models related to production, inventory, pricing, and capital investmentsMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including margin analysis, cost of goods sold (COGS), and operational efficiency metricsDrive variance analysis and clearly communicate financial results vs. planSupport capital allocation decisions, including ROI analysis for manufacturing investments and projectsEnhance financial reporting processes, tools, and systems to improve accuracy and efficiencyLead and develop the FP&A team, fostering a high-performance cultureCollaborate cross-functionally with accounting, operations, and commercial teams
